Terms & Security Deposit

⠂As a standard security measure for the villa owner, a fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival
⠂Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable
